I really love this app, because of very good every-day routines of wall Pilates and also there is a possibility to try also some different other kind of workouts- I usually do some face yoga and this is just great. Love it!! ❤️

I decided to download this app and after downloading I received an offer for a 50% discount. I agreed of course, but for some reason they also charged me for the one-on-one service, even thought it wasn’t listed. and after I asked for a refund, they told me to use this app for five days, but since I work until evening sick right now, I couldn’t do it in a row. So instead of giving me a refund, at least for the one on one service, they simply offered to give me a 50% refund. I think that’s unfair and I don’t recommend this app. And as I have already noticed in the comments many people had problems with this and they’re not provided with any solution.

Trial period cancellation was difficult.

I signed up for a trial period through IG and I couldn’t cancel for 3 months, my money was deducted because it seemed deliberate to make it difficult for customers to find the unsubscribe button. I was required to pay for an extra month in order to be able to cancel. I found this weird and it took the joy out of the trial period.

I made a mistake of buying a plan to try. Not only I never received any free trial as was advertised but I am also not able to cancel subscription that I don’t use. I’ve been trying to cancel it for at least 6 months. Customer service never replies. I am just blocking and exchanging my credit card because of them- it’s easier to do that than cancel their subscription. Horrible. Very disappointed.
