I downloaded this app to check it out. I never used it. Then a little while later I was billed for an entire year of subscription. I guess there was a two week or one month or idk what, free trial period that turned into a year long subscription? I don’t remember seeing this and can’t check because it doesn’t say once you’ve paid for it. It doesn’t give you a warning or reminder like other apps when you’re close to their free trial period. It just looks like a clunky old tracker like all the rest of them. That was a waste of 120$ plus tax.

Hi BusyMom, sorry to hear time got away! The trial runs for 7 days, and we encourage cancelling by the 6th day to prevent the trial from converting to a paid plan. If you're still within a few days of the charge, the App Store should refund this for you. If you need help, feel free to ping our support team and we'll be happy to share steps if needed. I run a small business that is very busy and have had a lot of frustrating years doing manual receipt organization. This app makes it incredibly easy to download. E receipts and organize paper receipts with screen captures. I love it and highly recommend it!

Like it a lot…except for web / app not synced

I love the receipt submission system for roadtechs at our business and the ability to save those files as PDF is great for long term tax records, my only complaint is for some reason SimplyWise doesn’t sync between the web login and my phone login, so on the web I can’t see what tech submitted what receipt and when I download and file them, that doesn’t update in the opposite direction, forcing me to do everything once on my phone app and once in the web browser. That’s a pain. So one star short of perfect because it’s not synced. 🤓👍

To sync across devices, you'll want to refresh the app. You can do this on the mobile app by tapping menu > circle button and on the web by clicking into the inbox on the upper right and then clicking on the little circle button there as well. This should help bring everything to where it needs to be.
