Hello.I was just wondering if you’d add the saved account feature like on Instagram where even when you’ve deleted the app when you download it again your account stays saved so you wouldn’t have to log in again every time? I mean it’s not the end of the world but it’s just because of storage problems I find myself deleting and installing apps all the time and that feature of the account staying saved would save me some time.Thanks for your time :)
Disappointing Lack of Language Support in 2024

In 2024, it's surprising and frustrating to see that Netflix still doesn't provide Bulgarian subtitles, along with several other languages. Given the advancements in AI technology, it's almost unbelievable that Netflix hasn't implemented AI-generated subtitles or translations. With its global reach and resources, adding machine-translated subtitles seems like a logical step forward. Considering how competitive the streaming market is, it’s disappointing that Netflix isn’t addressing these accessibility gaps. Subtitles enhance the viewing experience for millions of users, and with AI features like speech recognition and real-time translation, offering multi-language subtitles should be a standard, not an afterthought.Netflix has the tech, and it's time they use it to cater to a broader audience.

Awesome app But since IOS11 the new media player has the option to skip ahead 15 sec as well as rewind 15 sec. Can you please add the skip ahead option to your player as well ? There a lot of shows that have no option to skip the starting cap. Also, can you please get som fresh content for the Bulgarian region. Most of the stuff is years old. It makes it hard to justify the price which is not different than the UK or US region. And their content is years ahead.

Hello,I would like to know the reason why your platform has been on the Bulgarian market for so long, but does not offerBulgarian subtitles?You offer subtitles in all kinds of other languages, including quite a few Slavic ones.On the other hand, interest in Netflix in our country is quite high, and among intelligent and educated people. Providing a Bulgarian translation in a marketing plan would even increase the number of subscribers, as well as your competitiveness to platforms such as Apple TV+, HBO Max, SkyShowtime, which took this step long ago.Last but not least, I will recall the historical fact that Bulgaria gave the written language to all Slavic peoples.We are also part of European Union, NATO and Schengen. I hope you have a good reason for this policy. Otherwise, it is simply DISCRIMINATION against Bulgarian users. And I like you so much...!With respect…
