this is ridiculous, I sent three questions and even though I pay 40 bgn a month I still hit limit so fast!!!!

I was getting annoyed by always hitting the limit for messages (or length of the conversation- though their error message says “prompt is too long”, not that the conversation itself has a limit) so I upgraded. Only to see that I also have limits for the number of messages within a certain time frame (and eventually I also hit the limit for the conversation length, again with that wrong error message). So for sure I won’t continue using the premium service. I had to move my conversation to another solution and I managed to get more out of their free version and even the feedback was actually better (several times I had to correct Claude when it was going on the wrong path/basing all subsequent replies on an unverified assumption, etc.). So I was excited by this solution, I am no longer excited.

Blocked my account without giving any reason, it’s impossible to contact support because there is a bot talking nonsense to you and that’s what you’ve got. Lost access to all my chats and personal info (their download data link retunes a nearly empty useless file). Despite the promise to refund the money they took for my subscription (I had just paid 210€ for the next month) that was on the notification email, I never saw a dime, so on top of holding my data hostage, they also robbed me. Don’t go anywhere near them, there are excellent alternatives on the market.

So I’ve been using Claude since the beginning of this month and i’m on the free tier and one thing is that the chats are limited because when someone talks with Claude on the free tier after some time you can’t talk to Claude and have to wait to the other day. That aside i think it’s pretty good so i give it a 4 star rating.
