I’m a 49 year old mum of 2 teenagers. I’ve been following the Sweat programs for over 7 years now and can honestly say this is the first exercise program that I have ever stuck to for this long. It now has an even greater variety of programs to follow so even after 7 years I am not bored. The App is very user friendly, has realistic but still challenging workouts, and most importantly to me it has been sustainable to keep following on a long term basis. It has helped me to build and retain muscle mass and flexibility in movement and I continue to feel strong and fit while I transitioned through menopause. I’ve had personal trainers, run a half marathon and completed an Olympic distance triathlon that all ended in boredom and/or injury. However on the Sweat program I am still interested and motivated. The warm up and recovery/cool down sessions built in to the workouts are the difference, together with gradual build up in difficulty as I progress through the weeks of the program. The App is updated regularly to introduce new features and is a truly exceptional product making the subscription cost worth every single cent. If you are in any way still undecided, my advice would be to just get started and you will not look back. Don’t wait for a new year, a new month or a new week to start. Just get started today. I started on a random day in May, 7 years ago now. I just woke up one day and made the decision to start, and my only regret is that I didn’t start earlier.
