    I’m so proud to be subscribed to an app that cares about my nationality the feed is translated into my home language and also it offers subtitles on my home language which is something that no streaming service in my country has been able to do so. I’m very proud of paying for this. I’ve been supporting it.

    I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I downloaded Seal Team specifically because I wanted to watch it with Albanian subtitles, and I even paid extra for the option to watch it without ads. However, when I started the movie, I discovered that Albanian subtitles are not available, even though subtitles are offered in many other languages. To make matters worse, I am still seeing ads despite paying extra to remove them.I paid more specifically to have a better viewing experience, but I did not receive what I paid for. I would like an explanation and either a solution to this issue or a refund for the additional amount I paid.
