It was good up until I paid for the subscription. After that, it has become quite lagging, it always gives me an error, or time out, or something went wrong. It is not as good and it even has grammatical mistakes if you ask it to rephrase something for you. Do not recommend. Will not renew subscription.

It was good up until I paid for the subscription. After that, it has become quite lagging, it always gives me an error, or time out, or something went wrong. It is not as good and it even has grammatical mistakes if you ask it to rephrase something for you. Do not recommend. Will not renew subscription.

Subscription not working in the last two months

Subscribed to an annual plan with access to Chat4.0 suddenly I have no access and the error rates are too high, I demand a refund of amend my access.Your reply says we should right to the provided email but unfortunately several emails have been written with no address as to why we are not getting what we paid for as premium users. I believe all premium uses are expected to have access to GPT 4. Or are there selected regions that are allowed to benefit from the GTP 4 as premium users ? If I was made to pay for one year premium to get GPT 4 and the service is no longer available, I believe the best thing to do is refund as you have broken the contract terms of service provision.
