We’ve had this Netflix account for a few years now and this is the first times I come across the type of situation. Today like any other day I went on my Netflix and continued my series. Later on I find Hindi movies that I’ve never watched before on my continue to watch list and movies that I’ve never watched on my watch it again list. My first thought was that we got hacked, so we went on and changed the password. I thought every was fine but when I tried to access my profile it would tell me “There was a problem selecting this profile. Please try again later.” All of my profiles were not working except one that I never use. I need help.

Okay Netflix love you because first of all you have all the best JP and JW movies and Henry Danger and Thundermans but here’s the thing… if a person searches up a movie they want to watch and they see it on the column where it shows the name for example Venom but then you don’t have it please! Don’t be like that and plus give people movies that we would at least love like bring back Bayverse Transformers movies and Pacific Rim 2013! The better one! Well if you could try and plus if there’s a movie and/or tv show that all people don’t like on this streaming app and want it gone then remove it! It’ll help lot’s of people and plus bring back movies that everyone loved but now removed from Netflix! Please I hope you could listen to

Without a doubt, Netflix is the best streaming application in the world. But I suggest developers to add a very important feature. Since we can share our account to multiple people, anyone who use our account can go in account settings and upgrade the plan, which just happened to me. Developers can set up an authentication like OTP to the registered mobile number for such changes so only the account owner/controller can manage those settings. May be an OTP is required to access the account settings and make changes to the settings they want. Please work on it. Thanks very much.

Regardless of all the lags, different availability of shows on different account in the same country, and the out of the blue continue watching, what the hell is Netflix doing with the access for family members?We had a family account for the past 3 years. We purchased the family account to share with our brothers and sisters, who of course, live with our parents. Recently, Netflix represented this one household rule and now we are only able to sign in to a single TV device! What the hell is wrong with that? I purchased “Family” plan for me and my family! They have no freaking right to dictate how my family is or where do each of us live or idk what the hell are they’re basing this on!After this was introduced, I am looking for alternatives that actually provide family plans, not like this scam Netflix is running!

So my payment plan didn’t work and I contacted support to “help and support” the rep told me I had to restart my account or cancel my account to solve this issue… I asked if there would be any implications on me and I got “no not at all it’ll be good as new”After restarting my account I found that I have to pay double than what I used to pay before and when I asked about why did that happen when there was an issue from their end that was beyond my control… she stayed quiet for a moment and transferred me to put my card info….After hanging up and calling them back as I couldn’t get back to the person I got the same representative that tried to gaslight me into believing that it was a different person and there is no way to issue a complaint on how the previous rep behaved….. or any form of feedback other than movies and series titlesOne of the biggest platforms out there and you’d expect to get some professional courtesy.6+ years was more than enough for me on this platform to enjoy but my first phone call was more than enough to call quits on it.Don’t want to be a Karen but talk about levels of low……

Dear Netflix I have one of my favorite series called spirit riding free and I fished it but I love it and can’t let go I can’t find anything else to watch so please can you bring more episodes or contact Aury Wallington for more episodes and Aury Wallington is the creator of the series spirit because this series really inspired me to think my friends are all was there and I do horseback riding and so everytime I ride I think free but if Aury Wallington can’t do what I asked it’s kinda ok please read this From a person who want to watch a to love what Netflix brings to this world.Thank you for the time

I just joined netflix and was expecting a free 30day trial but then I got charged. I called the call center and the agent/s disconnected the calls. Dead air was too long because the agents keeps on putting the call on mute . I can hardly know if agent is still there or not. In addition, after the first call was cut, next agent who received the call is the same agent who is answering my succeeding calls. I asked for a manager and the agent pretended to be one as Joshua by changing his voice and every time I call, he is just changing his name first a girl name Olivia then Jenny then Kayda. My issue was not resolved. In the end, they just cancelled my subscription without informing me. I want to make a formal complaint but I didn’t receive a survey link. I asked the agent to transfer me to survey but he disconnected the calls.

Idk why Netflix is not working I download it and I’m waiting for about 5 hours and still not working is there something wrong with my iPad or is there something wrong with Netflix I’m tired for downloading Netflix this is bad and shame on Netflix I’ve been downloading Netflix for 5 hours didn’t work idk what to do know I really want to download Netflix and watch some movies all of my siblings have a Netflix I’m the only one that doesn’t have Netflix I watched 1 movie on my television and it coast 15 dollars and yesterday I watched another movie in my television and it was 15 dolkars and my mom have to pay for this total like 15 + 15 = 30 and she have to spend 30 dollars on the movies that I watched Netflix is better you can watch what ever you want without spending money and I wish I can download Netflix again.

After watching the stupid trailer of cleopatra, I was disappointed but not surprised I’ve seen alot of lies being shown in Netflix documentaries throughout the years, I have seen the disrespect to many cultures and religions and so on. But when it comes to Egypt and spreading lies about our history I had to come here and write this review. Everything about this trailer is absurd I can’t believe that there’s no one Egyptologist has taken part in this. I can’t believe they managed to make a documentary about the 1 Macedonian queen and made it look stupid by making her Black. hopefully the Egyptian government will take necessary action against that like they did with Kevin Hurt. Oh and I hope they don’t call Cleopatra He/She in the documentary too😂

For the past year I used to connect my iPhone to the dock connector (Same as iPod) to get a better experience with the audio in my car or at home, unfortunately that feature gone in the previous update and I have approached the Netflix call center for the same issue,Their reply was this feature is not intended to be there from the first place , so if it is lost during the update we don’t have any problem and we can’t help you!!!Before that happens I used to waste at least 4 hours of my time daily on Netflix, know I have downgraded my subscription and started to switch to other services providers unfortunately.
