Hi, I’m Nick Foscarini.

I build software products from several seats

For 10+ years I’ve built them, tested them, shipped them, and led the teams behind them. Today I do it with AI agents alongside me.

Seats

Experience that carries over

I’m happy in a role focused on one seat, owning a part of the product and seeing how it behaves once people use it. Whichever seat that is, I bring what the others taught me.

  1. Building

I write code that’s easy to test, because I’ve had to test other people’s.

  2. Testing

I test the paths that break in production, because I’ve been the one shipping the fix.

  3. Shipping

I ship in small, reversible steps, because I’ve had to roll back big ones.

  4. Leading

I plan work a team can actually finish, because I’ve done that work myself.

In every seat, today

I use Claude Code and Codex. I plan the work, review every diff, and know where agents go wrong.

About

A bit about me

I’m a Canadian citizen working remotely from Markham, just outside Toronto, with teams across time zones.

I also build small tools for myself, like terminal apps and editor extensions, mostly to make my own work faster.
